Request Gate Remote
 
Gate remote request form seen below is required before picking up your gate remote(s) from our office to allow processing. Gate remote request will be processed once Trio HOA Management receives your request form and payment.  Include your account number with your payment to prevent any delays.  The remote cost will vary by Association.
 
Owners may pick up gate remote(s) during our business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
 
You may pay online on our resident portal.
 
If you are unable to pick up your remote, please send a check or certified funds made payable to your community to include a $5 mail fee. Once your payment is received, your gate remote request will be processed and mailed within 3-5 business days.  
 
Ensure to include your account number or address on all payments.
